How We Work
Every project at Momentum Squads runs on the same backbone: a small dedicated squad, a clear process, and working software you can see every week. Here is what to expect between the first call and the launch — and after it.
The process
Discovery & estimate
We map your process and goals on a call, then turn a short brief into a scoped estimate with a timeline. No week-long questionnaires — one call and a document are enough to start.
Squad assembly
You get a team sized for the job — typically a product manager, one to three engineers, and a designer when the project needs one. The PM is your single point of contact; the engineers are one message away.
Iterative build
We ship working software every week or two. You watch the product grow in staging, not in status reports, and you can change course between iterations without change-request bureaucracy.
Launch & support
We deploy, monitor, and stay responsible after release. Three out of four clients return with a next project — that only happens when the first one keeps working.
Engagement models
Fixed price
A scoped build with a fixed budget and timeline. Best for well-defined projects like an MVP or a chatbot with a clear specification.
Time & materials
Pay for actual work as the scope evolves. Best for products that grow feature by feature after an initial release.
Dedicated team
A squad that works as your in-house department for months, not weeks. Best for long-term product development with an evolving roadmap.
