Our story
Momentum Squads started in 2017 as a small team of engineers who kept running into the same problem: growing businesses needed serious software, but the market offered either slow enterprise processes or cheap templates with no future. We chose a third path — small senior squads that move fast without cutting corners.
Today the company is built around focused squads: a Web/Mobile squad, a Chatbot/AI/IoT squad, and dedicated squads assembled for specific projects. Each one combines developers, a designer, and a product manager — enough expertise to own a product end-to-end, and small enough to deliver in weekly increments instead of quarterly plans.
That model has taken us from Kyiv to projects across the USA, Canada, Europe, Israel, and Australia: e-commerce platforms and booking systems, government-grade chatbots, AI assistants for retail and recruitment, donation platforms for charity foundations. The constant in every project is the same — software built around the client's real process, not the other way around.
We are early adopters of AI-accelerated development — and firm believers that it only works under senior engineering supervision. Architecture is designed by humans, generated code is reviewed like any other, and everything ships behind tests and monitoring. Speed and reliability are not a trade-off here; they are a process.
