About the Service

We build AI chatbots that carry real business load — answering customer support questions, selling in messengers, and putting your internal knowledge to work. Some have been in production for years: our Telegram sales bot for a retail brand has brought in $5M+ from 50,000+ customers, and our AI support assistant for Maslotom handles 80% of incoming requests without a human. For a major Polish transport company, our recruitment assistant answers driver candidates 24/7 from a knowledge base the client maintains themselves.

AI chatbot development, the way we practice it, starts with an honest question: does this task need AI at all? Some do — open-ended support questions, answers drawn from a large knowledge base, conversations no script can cover. Many do not, and a classic flow of buttons, menus, and logic branches will serve them better and cost less to run. We build both, and we tell you which one your task needs before you spend money on either.

The bots we ship are custom software, not configured templates. We connect them to what your business already runs on — CRMs, order systems, payment providers, POS, Google Sheets, internal APIs — and deploy them on Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, or the web. Where AI is involved, we add the safeguards production demands: the bot hands over to a human when it is unsure, and guardrails keep it from promising what your business cannot deliver. Every AI assistant ships with an admin panel, so your team updates content and knowledge without calling developers.

A dedicated Chatbot/AI/IoT squad — three developers and a product manager — has been building these systems since 2017, for e-commerce, logistics, HR, education, charity, and internal B2B automation. Below: how we think about chatbot types, how we build, what drives cost, and the named, published cases behind every claim on this page.

Which type of chatbot do you actually need?

Most chatbot projects we ship fall into one of four types. They differ in economics, not just features — pick the wrong one and you pay for AI where a scripted flow would do, or ship a scripted flow where customers expect real answers. Getting this choice right is most of the work, so here is how we help clients make it.

Chatbot type What it does Pick it when Running in production now
Customer support chatbot Answers product, order, and promo questions 24/7 — connected to your live knowledge base and order system, with handoff to a human when the model is unsure. Repetitive questions eat your team's day and support volume grows faster than headcount. Maslotom — AI handles 80% of incoming requests automatically.
Internal knowledge assistant (RAG) Answers employees' or candidates' questions from your own documents and data — retrieval-augmented generation with an admin panel, so your team updates content without developers. You hire or onboard at scale, or the same internal questions keep landing on the same few people. Oazis Park — 24/7 driver-candidate support for a major Polish transport company.
Retail and e-commerce bot Product search, ordering, payments, loyalty cards, and promotions inside the chat — a sales channel, not an FAQ. Your customers already live in messengers and you want them to buy there, not just ask questions. CC chatbot — $5M+ income, 50,000+ customers, 7,000 products across 59 stores.
Telegram bot as a product A full product inside a messenger: subscriptions, payments, gamification, QR and barcode features, an admin dashboard — no app store required. You want to launch a paid product fast, without building and maintaining a mobile app. AQuest — live and generating stable revenue for 6+ years.

In practice the types mix. Nasha Rukavychka's assistant is a loyalty bot, an info desk, and a store finder in one chat. An internal chatbot for recruitment can share its knowledge base with the public support bot. Chat is also a natural front end for booking systems — appointment scheduling with calendar sync, prepayment, and reminders in the same conversation. That is why we build custom: we start from the task, not from a feature list — and we build for Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, and the web, with both classic flows (buttons, menus, logic branches) and AI-powered conversations. We will also tell you plainly when a scripted flow is enough, because AI you don't need is cost you don't need.

How we build AI chatbots

A dedicated Chatbot/AI/IoT squad — three developers and a product manager — owns your project end-to-end. The product manager is your single point of contact, and you get direct access to the engineers. The process itself has five steps.

1. Discovery first

We map your process and goals before writing code — one call and a short brief are enough to start. This is where we decide, honestly, whether your task needs AI, a scripted flow, or both. The answer shapes everything that follows, including the budget.

2. Conversation and architecture design

We design the flows, the integrations, and the rules: what the bot may promise, when it must verify, which actions need confirmation. Two safeguards are non-negotiable in our builds — escalation to a human whenever confidence drops, and guardrails that keep the assistant inside its mandate. A bot that invents a discount is worse than no bot at all.

3. Working software every week or two

We build in short iterations, so you see progress in the product itself, not in status reports. Integrations arrive increment by increment: CRMs and order systems, payment providers (LiqPay, Stripe, PayPal, WayForPay), POS systems like Poster, knowledge bases, Google Sheets, and internal APIs. A scoped pilot is weeks, not quarters.

4. AI-accelerated, senior-supervised

We are early adopters of AI-accelerated development — and firm believers that it only works under senior engineering supervision. Architecture is designed by humans, generated code is reviewed like any other, and everything ships behind tests and monitoring. Our stack: Python (Django, FastAPI), OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, PostgreSQL, Redis — and n8n where light orchestration does the job.

5. Launch, measure, stay

Every conversation is logged and analyzed — the transcript of what customers actually ask is one of the most valuable datasets your business can own. After launch we stay responsible for what we shipped: knowledge-base updates, behavior tuning, new features as your process changes.

What an AI chatbot costs

The honest answer: cost depends on scope, not on the word "AI." Chatbot projects fall into four bands, cheapest first:

  • Builder-based launch. When fast launch is the priority, we adapt our proprietary chatbot builder instead of coding from scratch. RyzhykFitClub runs on it — subscriptions, meal plans, payments, and gamification included.
  • Custom scripted bot. Buttons, menus, logic branches, payments — one platform, no AI. Predictable to build and predictable to run.
  • AI assistant on your data. A RAG-powered bot connected to your knowledge base and order system, with human handoff and an admin panel for content updates.
  • Multi-platform product. User authorization, product catalogs, POS/ERP/CRM integrations, loyalty mechanics, analytics — a system, not a bot.

What moves a project up a band: the number of platforms, the depth of integrations, AI versus scripted logic, admin tooling, and load. We break the real numbers down — what each band costs and why — on our blog.

Bots that earn their keep

We don't argue that chatbots work in theory — we point at production. Every project below is a published case study with a name on it.

  • CC chatbot — Telegram ordering, product search, store locator, and loyalty cards for a retail brand: $5M+ income through the chatbot channel, 50,000+ customers.
  • Maslotom — AI customer-support assistant integrated with a live knowledge base and order system: 80% of incoming requests handled automatically, 24/7.
  • Chatbot platform for automotive dealers — test-drive booking, purchase support, post-sale service, and financing products for Hyundai, Skoda, and Suzuki dealer networks, integrated with dealer ERP.
  • Oazis Park — 24/7 candidate support for a major Polish transport company: scalable knowledge base, human handoff on uncertainty.
  • CloudWheels — AI chatbot and CRM for an auto service: automated maintenance reminders, real-time roadside assistance, and x4 growth in post-service sales.
  • AQuest — city-quest Telegram bot for tourists and locals in Israel: trivia, photo uploads, QR scanning, code-based access — live and earning for 6+ years.
  • RyzhykFitClub — fitness subscription bot: workout programs, personalized meal plans, and payments from free trial to monthly subscription.
  • Loyalty system for cafés — personal QR for bonuses and cashback, referral program, menu and locations in chat, Poster POS and CRM integration.
  • Nasha Rukavychka — loyalty and info assistant for a Ukrainian retail chain: digital bonus card, barcode price scanner, promotions, and store finder.

Since 2017, our squads have shipped software for clients in 8 countries — from the USA and Canada to Poland and Ukraine — and 3 out of 4 of them return with their next project.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of chatbots do you build?
Momentum Squads ships everything from simple business-card and quiz bots to complex AI agents for Telegram, WhatsApp and websites — fully integrated with your internal CRM and databases.
How are AI chatbots different from button-driven bots?
Button bots follow a rigid script. AI bots built on OpenAI and Google Gemini understand natural language, infer user intent and reply in a personalised way — making the conversation feel like talking to a real person.
Which messengers do you build bots for?
We build bots for every popular platform: Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, plus chat widgets for websites. We can also ship omnichannel — one bot serving every messenger at once against a shared knowledge base.
Can the chatbot be integrated with our CRM?
Yes — it's one of our core competencies. We push leads, bookings or order statuses straight into your CRM (Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.) or into Google Sheets via API.
Do your bots accept payments?
Absolutely. We integrate payment providers (Monobank, LiqPay, Stripe, PayPal) directly into the bot interface, so users pay for products or services in one tap without leaving the messenger.
What does my business actually gain from a chatbot?
The bot works 24/7, replies instantly to common questions and automates lead capture and qualification. Typical impact: 60–80% less load on your support and marketing teams, plus higher customer loyalty thanks to faster service.
How does an AI bot get trained on my company's data?
We use RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). You provide your knowledge base, price lists or website access, and we 'teach' the model to work specifically with your content — so it answers only from your official information.
How long does building a chatbot take?
A simple lead-capture bot can ship in 1–5 days. A full AI assistant with complex logic and integrations usually takes 1–8 weeks.
How is chatbot development priced?
Price depends on the chosen platform, feature complexity (buttons vs AI) and number of integrations. After analysing your business processes we give you a transparent estimate, so you can model the ROI upfront.
Do you provide an admin dashboard for bot analytics?
Yes — we can build an admin panel or connect analytics tools so you see user counts, top queries and conversion to sales, and run broadcasts directly from the bot interface or a web panel.
